Established in Tangier since 1982 Mokhtar MIMOUN is an architect issued from the well known Ecole des Beaux Arts of Paris.
He has also a degree on Urban Sociology from the Nanterre University of France.
He have been working mainly in the  north of Morocco where he have achieved significant projects in areas as varied as  health care, education, residential, hospitality and commercial.
His skills in complex projects and his rigor has given him the opportunity to realize large residential projects, being among the first professionals to achieve large low cost residential projects in the area of Tangier.
Recently he had directed successfully large mixed projects with important hospitality and commercial parts.
Among witch we may retain : Tanger Boulevard (GFA 84 000 SQM – $ 21 521 960 M) and Tangier City Center (GFA 240 000 SQM – $ 134 783 021 M)
He has a confirmed expertise in health care projects and had the opportunity to realize numerous health centers and hospitals extensions.
Some of his works have been published in international architectural reviews and books.
Throughout these achievements Mokhtar Mimoun had shown an efficient capacity to lead and motivate high level teams of professionals and experts, lying his authority and leadership in his high capacity of work, his ability in anticipation and his vast knowledge of the diverse fields of construction and architecture.
He speaks currently four languages and can work in French, Spanish and English.
